What happens to what you tell me

When you fill out a form

The contact and Teardown forms on this site are handled by FormSubmit, a third-party service that takes what you type and emails it to me. That means your submission passes through their system on its way to my inbox. I picked them because they let me collect leads without planting tracking cookies or asking you to make an account. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.

What lands in my inbox, your name, email, phone if you gave it, and the description of your task, goes to me and no one else. I use it to write you back, to prepare your Teardown or quote, and for nothing else.

What I never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• Add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
• Share the details of your business problem outside a working engagement without your say-so.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. That data is aggregate and about pages, not about you personally, and I never tie it back to a name. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
