Is my task too small or too weird to automate?

Small is the sweet spot

No. Small and weird is the sweet spot, because small recurring tasks are exactly the ones nobody ever gets around to fixing. The test is not size, it is recurrence times annoyance: a ten-minute chore that bites every week costs you a working day a year and a little dignity every time. The free Teardown exists precisely for these.

Real examples of small

Jake's fleet is full of tasks that would embarrass a consultant's slide deck: booking one tee time, drafting one weekly meal plan, sending one reminder before one recurring deadline. They stay because they keep working and nobody misses the old way. More of these live on the personal page.

When small really is too small

If it happens once, do it by hand. If the setup would take longer than a year of doing it manually, the Teardown will say that with arithmetic instead of a shrug.
